Return and Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Swift Money through our online store. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Our Refund Policy also sets out our 30-day returns offer and its conditions. Your statutory rights below apply independently of that offer.

Changing your mind

For most goods bought online, UK consumers have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the goods come into their physical possession. To exercise this right, contact us at billywebb110@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

After telling us you are cancelling, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us. Unless we agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Where the statutory cancellation right applies, we will reimburse payments due under applicable law, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and within the applicable statutory deadline. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. Reimbursement will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise, and we will not charge a reimbursement fee.

We may make a lawful deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods

If an item is faulty, not as described or does not do what it is supposed to do, contact us promptly. Your statutory consumer rights apply and are not reduced by this policy.

Exceptions

Some goods can be exempt from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right, including certain personalised or made-to-consumer-specification goods and other categories specified by law. We will not treat an item as exempt merely because it is produced after an order is placed; an exemption will only be applied where the applicable legal exception actually applies.

How to start a return

Email billywebb110@gmail.com before sending a return. Include your order number. We will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Model cancellation form

You may use the following form, although you do not have to use it:

To Swift Money: I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract of sale for the following goods: [insert goods]. Ordered on/received on: [insert date]. Name: [insert name]. Address: [insert address]. Date: [insert date].
